Ein Auftritt, den man anfangs hinter der barocken Fassade nicht erwartet: Puristisch, sachlich und modern. Doch dieser scheinbare Gegensatz löst sich bereits nach der ersten Begegnung vollständig auf. Umhüllt von 300 Jahren Geschichte strahlt die Klarheit der Formen in DER MODERNEN wohlige Behaglichkeit aus.
Im Erdgeschoss dominiert die in der Mitte angeordnete Küche. Sie versorgt den Essplatz sowie den Wohnbereich mit Zugang zur Terrasse und bildet das Zentrum der Kommunikation.
